Randi Goda is an executive and life mastery coach, business consultant, healthcare / dental practice management consultant, psychotherapist, master facilitator, public speaker, lawyer, mediator, advocate, workshop conductor, and train the trainer with over 35 years of experience.
Her work has literally transformed the lives and businesses of thousands of her clients throughout the world, through her coaching, facilitation, and seminars.
As a business consultant/trainer, she has worked with businesses across a range of industries, on business development, organizational development, sales training, team building, business systemization, strategic planning, and workflow process engineering.
In 2012, as a lifestyle choice, she sold Momentum practice management, an international dental practice management training and consulting company, which she started from scratch in a serviced office in Melbourne, and grew to a multi-million-dollar learning organisation with 7 locations throughout Australasia. In addition to her role as CEO at Momentum, she specialized in training and developing new coaches and delivering seminars and workshops throughout the Southern Hemisphere.

In addition to professional and business consulting, Randi has a long history of working with individuals on their personal development and transformation. She has been teaching workshops in the area of personal fulfilment and human potential since1990, when she was the New York Tri-State Area Manager of the Pathways Institute, a California based Jungian inspired workshop company and mystery school that focused on deep unconscious processes, dream work, and meditation. During her tenure, Randi lead workshops on creating success and manifesting.
Randi designed and launched courses on success at 17 colleges and universities throughout the US, where she held teaching positions.
In addition to Randi’s work with individuals on their personal and spiritual development, she has also dedicated time to working with struggling populations. Highlights include working at a suicide hotline and crisis intervention centre, a home for emotionally disturbed boys who were wards of New York State and a youth shelter for runaways. Randi has also worked to facilitate groups for people struggling with substance abuse and addiction, and developing a group for university students with eating disorders.
Randi has a Doctoral Degree in Law, Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology, and holds advanced certificates in the areas of arbitration/ mediation, training and development, facilitation, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), self inquiry, Shiva process, Yoga teaching and numerous areas of communication. She is trained in internal family systems, Schema therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dream interpretation, Voice Dialogue, various forms of meditation and yoga. She is well versed in personality typing, including in the Enneagram, Myer’s Briggs, and DiSC models. In the spirit of giving back, Ms. Goda has balanced her work as commercial attorney at several large international law firms with pro bono legal assistance and as a Third World Development volunteer. She has resided in 5 countries, including the US, Guatamala, France, Israel and Australia.
